DO YOU REALIZE HOW SMALL WE ARE?

I do not know who I should credit for the following images. This is the best presentation I have ever seen as to how small our planet Earth really is in the Universe.

Thor and Sis - Christmas Pups

Pat and I got this pair of puppies when they were only six weeks old. They had no training but did have a lot of cute and energy. They are the easiest dogs to train we have ever had. At ten weeks old (01/02/07) they can fetch and
retrieve toys. Sis will sit on command. Thor, well Thor is a boy. Sitting has no place in his young life. We have had a very merry Christmas with these little imps in our family. They are three pounds each packed with a ton of fun.
The image on the wall behind Pat is a quilted wall hanging. Pat designed and hand quilted this piece by placing Texas blue bonnets in the border around the UT mascot "Bevo". She did a bang up job on this artwork.

MILITARY SLIDE OF POWERPOINT PRESENTATION

This is an image of a PowerPoint slide I have created. It has the shields of the US Airforce, Marines, Army, Navy, Coast Guard and National Guard. The action starts with a few seconds of a cadence count. This is followed by a short sound clip of each service with both shields of a given service, active and reserve, flashing. The name of the theme is displayed near the bottom during its play time. The slides ends with a shorten version of Kate Smith's "God Bless America", circa 1938. This scanned version does provide the contrast that is present in the actual PowerPoint slide.
